A really great stamper Becky Oehlers recently issued a fun challenge on her blog to use clear cardstock! Becky is also a Philly girl (even though she lives in Jersey...), and I am hoping to meet up with her and stamp the day away really soon!
I started thinking about what I could do with clear cardstock...what is clear? A fish bowl. A window. A tv screen. Not really giving me any ideas that I could logistically do in a short amount of time. So I decided to try embossing with my favorite Cuttlebug folder, Swiss Dots. It reminded me of rain. And I have the perfect stamp set to go with rain!! So here is my card...
This card is super simple, but I think it's pretty cute.
Supplies - PTI Scattered Showers, PTI Spring Rain and clear cardstock, PTI Bitty Dots paper, Pallette Noir ink, ribbon unknown.
What a fun idea! The embossed dots look so cool!

This is sooooooo cute!!! I love how you didn't emboss under the umbrella, gives a more realistic look!!! Great job!
